Information we process
The bot may process data available through the Discord APIs and permissions you grant, such as server IDs, channel IDs, user IDs, messages or commands sent to the bot, and configuration you set for your server. We only use this information to provide and improve bot features you request.
How we use information
We use processed information to:
- Operate league management, drafts, statistics, and related features;
- Respond to errors, abuse, or support requests;
- Maintain security and integrity of the service.
Data storage and retention
Depending on how the bot is configured, some data may be stored for as long as needed to provide features (for example, season records or league settings). You may request deletion of server-specific data where applicable by contacting us through the support server.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with service providers that help host or operate the bot under appropriate agreements.
Discord
Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Children
The bot is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). Do not use the bot if you do not meet Discord’s age requirements.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
