These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Byronic Studio (the “bot”) on Discord. By adding or using the bot, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and Discord rules

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws. You are responsible for how you configure and use the bot in your server.

License to use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the bot in accordance with these Terms and Discord’s policies. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the bot to harm users, servers, or Discord’s platform.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the bot to:

• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others;
• Violate intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content;
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the service.

Features and availability

Features may change, be limited, or require updates. We strive for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. League data and statistics are provided “as is” for organizational purposes unless otherwise stated.

Disclaimer of warranties

The bot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the bot.

Termination

We may suspend or remove access to the bot if these Terms are violated or if required by Discord or law. You may remove the bot from your server at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
